For Windows 8.1 or Server 2012 R2, the following error may occur when using local users:
“‘ART:ResolveStoreCategories’ failed for Administrator. Error: ‘Class not registered”
The AppReadiness Diest searches the Windows Store for category names that match the already installed apps when the user logs in for the first time.
